The Owner
Steven Helms III, a James Madison University Computer Science graduate, founded SH3 Computer Systems in 1988. His experience with computers started with a Sinclair computer with 1K of RAM and an IBM PC with two 360K floppy disk drives. He has experience in programming, database design, network management and account management. Steve focuses on the solutions the Microsoft product line offers small and medium-sized businesses.
